MA in the History of Art, Architecture and Urban Planning from the Polytechnic University
                                       of Catalonia, Barcelona, where she is currently a PhD candidate in the theory and history of
                                       architecture. She is a professor of the history of architecture and a member of the Laboratorio
                                       Editorial de Arquitectura (lea) at UNAM’s School of Architecture where she was editor-
                                       in-chief of the journal Bitácora Arquitectura from 2013 to 2020. She is the coeditor, with
                                       Salvador Lizárraga, of Living CU: 60 Years (UNAM, 2014) and is the author of an essay on
                                       Wendy Kaplan, Design in California and Mexico, 1915-1985: Found in Translation (LACMA,
                                       2017), among other publications. She assisted MoMA curators in Mexico in preparation for the
                                       exhibition Latin America in Construction: Architecture 1955–1980 and worked as an advisor
                                       on the LACMA exhibition Found in Translation: Design in California and Mexico, 1915–1985.
